The hotel offers a great value for money with its clean and comfortable rooms and incredibly friendly staff. The dining experience could be improved with more options, but the well-maintained pool area adds to the enjoyable stay.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and far from noise, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Free entry to the pool area was a nice perk.

The service level was fantastic, with Queena and Mandy at the Pacific Club Lounge being particularly friendly and helpful. All the services, from room service to tours assistance, were accommodating.
